Meet Dr. Jason Bastida, DDS
Meet Our Doctors
Get to know Dr. Jason Bastida, a passionate and skilled dentist dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care.
Jason Bastida, DDS is the founder of Dental Avenue Greenpoint. A second generation dentist from Great Neck, New York, Dr. Jason maintains a practice with his father in Jackson Heights where he has practiced for the past six years. After obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Jason returned home to attend dental school at Columbia College of Dental Medicine followed by a general practice residency at Winthrop-University Hospital (now known as NYU Langone - Long Island). Dr. Jason grew up in a bilingual household so he is equally comfortable practicing dentistry in Spanish as he is in English. A Greenpoint resident, when he’s not in the office Dr. Jason enjoys running around the North Brooklyn waterfront, lamenting his existence as a Mets fan, and enjoying the best neighborhood in the city with his friends and his wife, Kelsey.

Meet Dr. Alejandro Lander, DMD
Dr. Lander graduated from Boston University in 2016 after finishing his undergraduate with a Bachelor of Science in biology at Florida Atlantic University.
Dr. Lander received advanced training in GPR at Interfaith Medical Center. He continues his education each year, attending Yankee Dental and Greater New York Dental Meetings. In 2017, he gave a presentation regarding Maryland bridges at one such meeting. Dr. Lander’s uncle is a respected maxillofacial surgeon and one of the founders of the maxillofacial surgery degree in Caracas, Venezuela. Dr. Lander’s goal as a dentist is to gain renown in New York by providing high quality treatment and establishing strong patient relationships.
In his spare time, Dr. Lander enjoys playing the piano, guitar and other instruments, as well as traveling.

Meet Dr. Jasmine Pei, DDS
Dr. Pei completed her undergraduate studies at Columbia University and followed that up with a Masters degree in Oral Health Biology from Boston University.
After that she obtained her dental degree from Columbia University of College Dental Medicine and completed a general practice residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center.
She is excited to live and practice in Brooklyn!
